this kit is designed to be an "out of the bag" rescue system. It combines a remote hook & extension pole w/ a rescue utility system. The remote hook & extension pole allow for remote attachment of a rescue line to a victim. Allows a rescuer to raise or lower the victim to safety. This kit should be used w/ a back-up system (sold separate).
