The Miller descent device is a simple, 1-person operation where the rope handle allows the user to easily descend the rope line from an elevated position. The device, controlled by the user, allows for making descent fast & slow; decelerating & stopping by applying slightly outward pressure on the free end of the line. Device can be locked into possition for a stationary position to work. It must be operated w/ a Miller brand descent rope.
