3M™ Speedglas™ Auto-Darkening Filter 9002X is designed to help protect your eyes and face from radiation, heat and sparks. It is intended for use with 3M™ Speedglas™ Helmet Series 9000, 3M™ Speedglas™ FlexView Systems and 3M™ Speedglas™ ProTop Systems. Filter only 3M™ Speedglas™ Auto-Darkening Filter 9002X is for welders using a variety of arc welding processes and amperages. It comes in various shades and handles a variety of arc welding processes, including extremely stable, low amp tungsten inert gas (TIG) arcs. Choose from 61 control combinations to achieve the most efficiency and comfort. The detectors have increased sensitivity to provide reliable switching for a wide range of welding methods, even extremely stable arcs like those from TIG inverters at low amp settings. It also has a delay function that lets you select how quickly the filter changes from dark-to-light and the membrane-covered control buttons let you change settings or turn on and off with your gloves on. The membrane helps seal the filter from dirt. It offers user-selectable dark shades 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13. Designed for welders using a number of arc welding processes. Show Less
